Ingredients
- 1½ part Ypióca Cachaça Prata Reserva Especial
- ½ part Senior Real Blue Curaçao Liqueur
- ½ part gentian aperitif (e.g. Avèze)
- ¼ part orgeat
- ¼ part Demerara sugar syrup
- ¾ part lime juice
- crushed ice
- Garnish: lime zest, toothpick, cinnamon stick and fresh mint

- Double rocks glass
How to prepare
Shake with a cup of crushed ice and pour into a double rocks glass. Top up with more crushed ice. For garnish, attach a cinnamon stick to the peel side of a used lime peel with a toothpick. Add the fresh mint branch to the other end of the cinnamon stick.
