High Tide

The High Tide cocktail has a sweeter taste due to the Cachaça Prata, Blue Curaçao and the mix of sugar syrup. It is the perfect cocktail for a relaxing afternoon with friends. The High Tide is simple to make but refined in taste. The sweetness makes it easy to drink and a pleasure for everyone.

Ingredients

  • 1½ part Ypióca Cachaça Prata Reserva Especial
  • ½ part Senior Real Blue Curaçao Liqueur
  • ½ part gentian aperitif (e.g. Avèze)
  • ¼ part orgeat
  • ¼ part Demerara sugar syrup
  • ¾ part lime juice
  • crushed ice
  • Garnish: lime zest, toothpick, cinnamon stick and fresh mint

Supplies

  • Shaker
  • Double rocks glass

How to prepare

Shake with a cup of crushed ice and pour into a double rocks glass. Top up with more crushed ice. For garnish, attach a cinnamon stick to the peel side of a used lime peel with a toothpick. Add the fresh mint branch to the other end of the cinnamon stick.
