This cocktail was created by a renowned local bartender on the island of Curaçao at our request. “I wanted to create a chic 'Blue' cocktail,” said Fabian Cleopa. After one sip you will agree that this certainly worked. It takes some effort to make, but the result is a smooth, creamy and balanced cocktail that looks contemporary chic. Just perfect!
Ingredients
- ½ part Senior Real Blue Curaçao
- 1 part White rum
- 1 part egg white
- 1 part coconut cream
- 1 part Lemon juice
- ½ part Simple Syrup
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: Crushed ice & mint leaf
- Shaker
- Sieve
- Julep or double strainer
- Citrus juicer
Add all ingredients in a shaker, fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Fill a glass with ice cubes. Strain the cocktail into the glass through a normal sieve and a double sieve to make the cocktail clearer. Add some crushed ice on top and garnish with a mint leaf.
