Llanganuco

Llanganuco

Llanganuco is a unique lake in the Peruvian Andes Mountains with clear blue-green colored water and—no surprise—is considered the most beautiful lake in Peru. This cocktail is made with a traditional liqueur from the region, Pisco. A Pisco is a liqueur made from Peruvian grapes mixed with brandy. Our Blue Curacao is used to recreate the beautiful color of the lake.

Ingredients

  • ½ part Senior Real Blue Curaçao
  • 1½ parts Pisco
  • ¾ part Dry Vermouth
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: Green cherry
Supplies
  • Shaker
  • Martini glass
How to prepare

Add the ingredients to a shaker, fill it with ice and shake well. Take a chilled martini glass and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with a green cherry.
